Ministry at every level is more about towels than titles. Jesus said that "...the last shall be first…, ...and the least shall be the greatest." He commended the widow for giving her all. With Christ as our model, everyone must assume leadership from a servant’s role.

All people are alike in their basic mindset. Everyone needs to feel loved, wanted, and appreciated. All phases of our ministry efforts must focus on meeting those needs. We accomplish that through:

• Evangelism: Our church is about reaching the lost. Our mission must be to the unsaved, the hurting, the hopeless, and the helpless, to bring them into the kingdom of God. 
• Discipleship: We are bound to do all we can to see that people won to Christ are given every opportunity to grow and mature. 
• Worship: All that we think, say, or do, must be done in worship to God, starting with praise for His tender mercies shown to us new every morning. That act of praise and of worship must move from our services into our personal lives as a people existing solely to give all glory to our Lord.
